Welcome back to your healthy morning practice

This is something for you if you already know the movements but you struggle with practicing just by yourself? Train 3 times a week with me and the online group, and keep this healthy morning practice.

Starts again the 2nd of September 2024.

We will dive deeper into the sequence with various themes. But most of all, we will continue to move together in a playful and positive way!
