Create a healthy morning yoga practice in a month time. Wake up with a smile, 3 times a week. When you know the sequence, you can simply do it for the rest of your life!
12 sessions online by Zoom. The perfect way to learn the sequence and develop your own morning routine.
Every Monday, Wednesday & Friday from 8-9am (CEST).
Classes are recorded, so if you can’t make it you can do it afterwards whenever it works for you.
Next live (with zoom) training starts again the 28th of April.
