The Dance of Shiva & Shakti

Welcome to your healthy morning practice

Create a healthy morning yoga practice in a month time. Wake up with a smile, 3 times a week. When you know the sequence, you can simply do it for the rest of your life!

  • 12 sessions online by Zoom. The perfect way to learn the sequence and develop your own morning routine.

  • Every Monday, Wednesday & Friday from 8-9am (CEST).

  • Classes are recorded, so if you can’t make it you can do it afterwards whenever it works for you.

  • Next live (with zoom) training starts on the 2nd of September 2024.

  • To keep those teachings available for everyone, there are 4 different prices. Choose the one that works for your income in this moment.
